Vueterix Introduces Transparent Retail Pricing

In most of the appraisal QC and compliance world, pricing isn’t something you can simply look up. It often requires emails, calls, or even an NDA before any numbers are shared. That approach has been the norm for a long time, but it creates unnecessary friction for anyone who wants to understand costs early in the process.

We decided to take a different direction.

Vueterix has published full retail pricing for nearly all of our residential and commercial products. Clients can now review the cost of each service at any time, without needing to reach out or start a sales conversation. This includes our QC tools, USPAP screening, bias detection products, and AI-assisted review solutions.

For us, this comes down to two ideas that have guided our platform from the beginning:

1. Transparency improves decision making.
Clear pricing makes it easier to evaluate a workflow, plan a pilot program, or compare new tools against existing processes. It also supports clients who need firm cost information during annual budget planning. Making these numbers available removes the extra steps and helps teams plan ahead with confidence.

If we want clients to trust how AI fits into their review process, that trust has to extend to pricing as well. Predictable costs are part of the larger picture.

This is a simple change on the surface, but it reflects the kind of company we are. Straightforward, accessible, and focused on supporting the different segments that rely on appraisal analysis. Our products serve lenders, AMCs, appraisal teams, and organizations with internal review or portfolio management needs, each with their own expectations and risk profiles.
